fa اثر بسترهای مختلف کشت بر ویژگی‌های کمی و کیفی گل ژربرا در کشت بدون خاک غیر چرخشی پژوهشي Research برای بررسی تأثیر بسترهای مختلف کشت بر رشد و عملکرد گل ژربرا، آزمایشی به صورت طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 14 تیمار و 3 تکرار در ایستگاه ملی تحقیقات گل و گیاهان زینتی محلات انجام گرفت. تیمارها شامل موارد زیر بودند: ماسه، پیت + ماسه (25٪ + 75٪)، پیت + ماسه (50٪ + 50٪)، پرلیت + پیت (75٪ + 25٪)، پرلیت + پیت (50٪ + 50٪)، پرلیت + پیت (25٪ + 75٪)، پرلیت + پیت + پوکه صنعتی (25٪ + 70٪ + 5٪)، پرلیت + پیت + پوکه صنعتی (50٪ + 25٪ + 25٪)، پرلیت + پیت + پوکه صنعتی (25٪ + 50٪ + 25٪)، پیت + پوکه صنعتی (50٪ + 50٪)، کوکوپیت خالص، کوکوپیت + پرلیت (75٪ + 25٪)، کوکوپیت + پرلیت (50٪ + 50٪) و کوکوپیت + پرلیت + پوکه صنعتی (50٪ + 25٪ + 25٪). نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از بستر پرلیت + پیت + پوکه صنعتی (25٪ + 70٪ + 5٪) تفاوت معنی‌داری از لحاظ آماری در تعداد گل، قطر دیسک گل، قطر ساقه، قطر گردن ساقه، ارتفاع گل و عمر پس از برداشت گل نسبت به سایر بستر‌های کشت دارد. در این بستر، تعداد گل، قطر دیسک گل، قطر ساقه، قطر گردن ساقه، ارتفاع گل و عمر پس از برداشت گل به ترتیب 207 عدد در متر مربع در سال، 4/12 سانتی‌متر، 8/0 سانتی‌متر، 58/0 سانتی‌متر، 5/54 سانتی‌متر و 6/11 روز به‌دست آمد. با توجه به خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گل ژربرا، از بین بسترهای مختلف مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، مخلوط پرلیت + پیت + پوکه صنعتی (25٪ + 70٪ + 5٪) مناسب‌ترین بستر شناخته شد و می‌تواند به تولید کنندگان معرفی شود. This experiment was carried out at National Research Station of Ornamental Plants, Mahallat, Iran, to investigate the effect of different substrates on growth and yield of gerbera flower. The experimental design was randomized complete blocks, using 14 treatments with 3 replications as: fine sand, peat + fine sand (25% + 75%), peat + fine sand (50% + 50%), perlite + peat (75% + 25%), perlite + peat (50% + 50%), perlite + peat (25% + 75%), perlite + peat + expanded clay (25% + 70% + 5%), perlite + peat + expanded clay (50% + 25% + 25%), perlite + peat + expanded clay (25% + 50% + 25%), perlite + expanded clay (50% + 50%), coco peat, coco peat + perlite (75% + 25%), coco peat + perlite (50% + 50%) and coco peat + perlite + expanded clay (50% + 25% + 25%). Results indicated that the medium containing perlite + peat + expanded clay (25% + 70% + 5%) had significant difference with other media in number of flowers, flower disk diameter, shoot diameter, shoot neck diameter, flower height and vase life. In this media, number of flowers, flower disk diameter, shoot diameter, shoot neck diameter, flower height and vase life were 207 per m2/year, 12.4 cm, 0.8 cm, 0.58 cm, 54.5 cm and 11.6 days, respectively.
