fa ارزیابی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد گلخانه‌داران خیار و گوجه‏فرنگی شهرستان اصفهان در تولید محصول سالم كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>در دهه‌های اخیر، به دلیل تأثیرات منفی کشاورزی رایج بر سلامت انسان و محیط‌زیست، کشاورزی اُرگانیک در راستای تولید مواد غذایی سالم مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف این بررسی، ارزیابی دانش، نگرش و عملکرد گلخانه‌داران خیار و گوجه&rlm;فرنگی شهرستان اصفهان در تولید محصول سالم می‌باشد. داده‌ها و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پیمایش میدانی با طراحی و تکمیل پرسش‌نامه پژوهشگر ساخته به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای از 110 نفر گلخانه‌دار جمع‌آوری شد. برای بررسی روابط علّی بین متغیرها، از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که دانش گلخانه‌داران مورد مطالعه در زمینه انتخاب کود و آفت‌کش مناسب، به اندازه کافی نیست و همچنین با اینکه بیشتر نمونه‌های آماری معتقد بودند که مصرف بیش از حد سموم و کودهای شیمیایی، سلامتی انسان و محیط‌زیست را به مخاطره می‌اندازد، ولی رعایت اصول حفاظتی مربوط به استفاده صحیح و مناسب و به اندازه سموم و کودهای شیمیایی در آنها ضعیف بود. همچنین، کوچک بودن گلخانه‌ها، ضعف اقتصادی گلخانه‌داران، سطح سواد اندک و عدم آگاهی و اطلاع کافی از دیگر روش‌های مبارزه منجر به انتخاب سریع‌ترین و کم‌ریسک‌ترین روش مبارزه با آفات شده است. بنابراین، برنامه‌ریزی در جهت ارتقاء دانش گلخانه‌داران در زمینه انتخاب کود و روش‌های مبارزه با آفات و همچنین بهبود شرایط بازاریابی محصولات سالم، از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In recent decades, due to the negative effects of conventional farming on human health and the environment, the organic farming is taken into consideration in order to produce healthy food materials. The aim of the present study was to assess the greenhouse owners&rsquo; knowledge, attitude, and practice with respect to healthy cucumber and tomato production in greenhouse farming systems in Isfahan county, Iran. Required data was collected on a sample of 110 farmers through face-to-face interviews based on a comprehensive structured questionnaire. Behavioral analysis of farmers&rsquo; decision making is based on &ldquo;knowledge, attitude and practice&rdquo; (KAP) survey using structural equation modeling. Research findings showed that despite the positive attitude of most greenhouse owners toward production of healthy crops, there is no proper use of pesticides and fertilizers in greenhouse farming. Although most farmers believe that overuse of pesticides and chemical fertilizers endangers human health and environment, but they don&rsquo;t adhere to proper usage principles and amount of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Also, small-scale greenhouses, weak farm economy, low literacy level, and lack of adequate awareness, have led to select the least risky and fastest way to combat the pests.
