fa تأثیر برخی جدایه های قارچ .Trichoderma spp بر افزایش رشد گیاهچه های خیار در شرایط گلخانه پژوهشي Research این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثر برخی جدایه‌های Trichoderma spp. به عنوان افزایش ‌دهنده رشد گیاهچه‌های خیار(Cucumis sativus L.) در شرایط گلخانه اجرا گردید. اینوکولوم‌های 19 جدایه قارچ تریکودرما با استفاده از بذر گندم سترون تهیه گردید. نیمه بالایی خاک گلدان‌ها (حاوی خاک مزرعه و ماسه) به نسبت 3% وزنی با این اینوکولوم‌ها مخلوط گردید و گلدان‌ها به مدت 28 روز با آب شهری آبیاری شدند. سپس همه گیاهچه‌ها پس از چهار هفته جهت مقایسه طول ساقه، طول ریشه و وزن تر کل مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که برخی جدایه‌ها تأثیر معنی‌داری در افزایش رشد گیاهچه‌ها داشتند و برخی اثر بازدارنده داشتند. جدایه‌های Trichoderma spp. 17 و T. longibraciatum بیشترین تأثیر را در افزایش طول ساقه، هر یک به میزان 74% نسبت به شاهد داشتند. هم‌چنین، همین دو جدایه به ترتیب با 40% و 25% افزایش وزن تر کل، اختلاف معنی‌داری در سطح 5% با شاهد داشتند. از سوی دیگر، جدایه 19Trichoderma spp. اختلاف معنی‌داری را در کاهش طول ساقه، طول ریشه و وزن تر کل نسبت به شاهد نشان داد. این نتایج نشان دهنده توانایی جدایه‌های ایرانی تریکودرما در افزایش رشد گیاه خیار و پتانسیل آن برای سایر گیاهان می‌باشد. This experiment was performed to investigate the effect of some Trichoderma spp. isolates as growth promoters of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings under greenhouse conditions. Inoculai of 19 Thrichoderma spp. isolates were prepared from disinfected wheat grain. The upper half of the soil in pots (containing field soil and sand) was mixed with these inoculai at 3% ratio and the pots were irrigated with tap water for 28 days. After four weeks, the seedlings were sampled for growth comparison on stem length, root length and total fresh weight. The results showed that some isolates improved significantly the cucumber seedlings’ growth and others had inhibitory effect. Application of Trichoderma spp. 17 and T. longibraciatum increased stem length more than 74% as compared to control. Also, these isolates increased significantly )P<0.05) the total fresh weight about 40% and 25%, respectively, as compared to control. Furthermore, Trichoderma sp. 19 decreased significantly the stem length, root length and total fresh weight as compared to control.
