fa تأثیر فواصل پاشش محلول غذایی و کیفیت نور در محیط ریشه بر خصوصیات رشدی گیاه آنتوریوم (Anthurium andreanum L.) در سیستم اروپونیک پژوهشي Research به‌منظور تعیین مناسب‌ترین فاصله پاشش محلول‌ غذایی و بررسی تأثیر کیفیت نور در محیط ریشه بر گیاه آنتوریوم در سیستم اروپونیک، آزمایشی به‌صورت کرت‌های خرد شده و در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی در گلخانه‌ای واقع در شهر کرج انجام شد. در این تحقیق، زمان بین دو پاشش به‌عنوان عامل اصلی در دو سطح (2 دقیقه پاشش و 30 دقیقه بدون پاشش، و 2 دقیقه پاشش و 45 دقیقه بدون پاشش) و رنگ‌ ظروف کشت به‌عنوان عامل فرعی در سه سطح (مشکی، آبی و قرمز) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که فاصله زمانی 2 دقیقه پاشش و 45 دقیقه عدم پاشش محلول غذایی با افزایش تعداد برگ و وزن ‌تر شاخساره بهتر از فاصله زمانی 2 دقیقه پاشش و30 دقیقه عدم پاشش بود. مطالعه تیمار کیفیت نور در محیط ریشه نشان داد که رنگ مشکی ظروف کاشت، با افزایش سطح برگ کل گیاه و وزن ‌تر و خشک شاخساره، بهترین تیمار رنگ بود. رنگ آبی محیط ریشه بیشترین تأثیر را بر طول نهایی ریشه داشت؛ اما بر وزن ‌تر و خشک ریشه بی‌تأثیر بود، که احتمالاً به‌دلیل افزایش تعداد ریشه در سایر تیمارهای رنگ است. به‌طورکلی، تیمار 2 دقیقه پاشش، 45 دقیقه عدم پاشش محلول غذایی و رنگ مشکی محیط ریشه، برای اکثر خصوصیات رشدی گیاه آنتوریوم مورد مطالعه بهترین تیمار اعمال شده بود. In order to determine the most appropriate nutrient solution spraying interval and effects of light quality in the root zone on anthurium in aeroponic system, a split plot experiment, with completely randomized design, was carried out in a greenhouse located in the city of Karaj, Iran. In this study, time between the sprays was the main plot and consisted of two levels (2 minutes spray and 30 minutes without spray, and 2 minutes spray and 45 minutes without spray) and color of the containers was the sub plot at three levels (black, blue and red). Results showed that 2 minutes spay and 45 minutes without spay increased number of leaves and shoot fresh weight much higher than 2 minutes spray and 30 minutes without spray. Study of light quality in the root zone showed that black color of the containers, by increasing total leaf area and shoot dry and fresh weight, was the best color treatment. Blue color in the root zone had the most influence on final root length but was not able to increase root dry and fresh weight, because of higher number of roots in other color treatments.
