Avalanche) پژوهشي Research به‌منظور مطالعه اثر تنظیم‌کننده‌‌ رشد فورکلرفنورون (CPPU) بر خصوصیات کیفی گل رز بریدنی رقم آوالانش (Rosa hybrida cv. Avalanche)، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تکرار به اجرا در آمد. در این آزمایش، فاکتور اول شامل غلظت تنظیم‏کننده رشد CPPU در چهار سطح (صفر، 25، 50 و 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) و فاکتور دوم مکان کاربرد CPPU (روی جوانه و بالای جوانه همراه با برش سطحی یک سانتی‌متری بالای پوست شاخه) بود. نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر CPPU بر رویش جوانه، زمان گل‏دهی، طول و قطر شاخه گل، قطر گل، تعداد میانگره و وزن تر و خشک شاخه گل در سطح احتمال 1% معنی‏دار است. سریع‌ترین زمان رویش جوانه و گل‏دهی و هم‌چنین بیشترین طول و قطر شاخه گل و وزن تر و خشک شاخه در تیمار 50 میلی‌گرم در لیتر CPPU به‏دست آمد. با این حال، مکان کاربرد CPPU روی شاخه، تأثیر معنی‌داری بر صفات مورد بررسی نشان نداد. براساس نتایج به‏دست آمده از این پژوهش، کاربرد تنظیم‏کننده رشد CPPU می‌تواند سبب افزایش نمو جوانه‌های تحتانی و بهبود خصوصیات کیفی شاخه‌های گل رز هیبرید گردد. In order to study the effect of CPPU growth regulator on qualitative characteristics of cut rose (Rosa hybrida cv. Avalanche), an experiment was performed as factorial, based on a completely randomized design, with four replications. In this experiment, the first factor included four concentrations of CPPU (0, 25, 50 and 100 mg/L) and the second factor was two application positions of CPPU (on the stem, and on the bud with a half cut ring 1 cm above the bud). The results showed that bud break, flowering time, length and diameter of flower shoot, flower diameter, number of internodes and fresh and dry weight of flowering stem were significantly (P< 0.01) affected by CPPU treatments. The earliest bud break and flowering, longest stem, highest shoot and flower diameter and the highest stem fresh and dry weight were observed in the 50 mg/L CPPU treatment. However, application position of CPPU on the stem did not show any significant effect on the studied traits.
