fa تأثیر مایه‌کوبی با دو گونه قارچ مایکوریزای آربوسکولار بر میزان رشد و صفات فیزیکوشیمیایی نهال‌های جوان زیتون در شرایط گلخانه پژوهشي Research این مطالعه جهت بررسی اثر دو گونه قارچ مایکوریزای آربوسکولار (Glomus mosseae و G. intraradices) بر رشد نهال‌های جوان دو رقم زیتون (کرونایکی و والانولیا) انجام شد. بدین‌منظور، قلمه‌های تازه ریشه‌دار شده زیتون مایه‌کوبی شده و پس از کشت در گلدان در گلخانه قرار گرفتند. هجده ماه پس از مایه‌کوبی، بعضی از صفات ریخت‌شناختی، فیزیکی و بیوشیمیایی بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که نهال‌های مایه‌کوبی شده با هر دو گونه قارچ مایکوریزا دارای ارتفاع بیشتر، شاخه‌های بیشتر، ساقه‌های قطورتر، میان‌گره‌های طویل‌تر و برگ‌های بیشتر نسبت به نهال‌های شاهد بودند. همچنین، در آن‌ها وزن تر و خشک ساقه از شاهد بیشتر اما وزن تر و خشک ریشه کمتر بود. مایه‌کوبی با قارچ‌های مایکوریزا میزان کلروفیل کل، کاروتنوئید و فنل برگ را به طور معنی‌داری افزایش داد. اما بر میزان عناصر آهن و فسفر اثر معنی‌داری نداشت. در تمام صفات اندازه‌گیری شده، بین دو گونه قارچ اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. درصد کلونیزاسیون ریشه در هر دو گونه قارچ مایکوریزا از شاهد بیشتر بود. This study was conducted to assess the effects of two species of arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi (Glomus mosseae and G. intraradices) on growth of young plantlets of two olive cultivars (Koroneiki and Valanolia). Recently rooted cuttings were inoculated with the mycorrhiza, planted in pots containing sterile soil and located in the greenhouse. Eighteen months following inoculation, some morphological, physical and biochemical traits were studied. The results showed that inoculated plantlets with both mycorrhizal fungi species had taller height, more shoots, thicker stems, longer internodes and more leaves as compared to control plantlets. They also had more fresh and dry weight of stem, but showed lower amount of fresh and dry weight of roots. Mycorrhiza inoculation significantly increased total chlorophyll, carotenoids and phenol content of leaf, but there were no significant difference in the amount of iron and phosphorus in the leaf. In all the studied traits, there wasn't any difference between the two mycorrhiza species.
